Mauro Rappo
Mauro Rappo advises companies, founders and boards on contract law, corporate and commercial law, insolvency and restructuring, compliance and investigations, and litigation.
He studied law at the University of Berne and completed a judicial internship at the Regional Court of Berne Jura-Seeland. Before and during his legal training he worked at Domenig & Partner — first as a legal employee alongside his studies, then following an internship at a Zurich business law firm as Junior Associate, and from October 2023 as Associate.
At Omnilex, Mauro supervises AI-supported workflows across his practice areas: he defines the scope, challenges the system's analysis against the sources, and remains responsible for the advice that reaches the client.
