Mauro Rappo
Mauro Rappo advises companies, founders and boards on contract law, corporate law and M&A, insolvency and restructuring, compliance and investigations, and litigation.
He studied law at the University of Berne and completed a judicial internship at the Regional Court of Berne Jura-Seeland. Before and during his legal training he worked at Domenig & Partner: first as a legal employee alongside his studies, then following an internship at a Zurich business law firm as Junior Associate, and from October 2023 as Associate.
