Marco Henri
Marco Henri is Co-founder and CEO of Omnilex, the Zurich-based legal-tech company building an AI-native workspace for legal research and practice. He brings an interdisciplinary background in business and computer science, with particular expertise at the intersection of legal and compliance processes gained in the banking sector.
As CEO he leads business development and strategic partnerships. Under his leadership, Omnilex (founded in 2024, formerly Ailegis) raised a USD 4.5 million seed round led by Founderful in November 2025, with its platform used by organizations including Bayer Pharma and the Swiss Federal Chancellery.
